To ensure the highest quality and most competitive pricing for our premium bundles, SOLEVIBE operates a global fulfillment model. Our design studio collaborates with specialized artisans and fulfillment centers strategically located across Asia and international hubs.

Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 12-18 business days to the USA, EU, and Australia.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to local customs processing.
2. Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.
- For orders under $49, a flat shipping rate of $6.95 applies.
- All orders include a dedicated tracking number so you can follow your journey to comfort.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our page.
Note: It may take 3-5 business days for tracking information to update in the global carrier system after dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SOLEVIBE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders to the USA, EU, and Australia, customs fees are rarely applicable due to the nature of our packaging.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our concierge team immediately at

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
